Refund Policy
Last updated 16 October 2026.
Summary
- Failed solves are never charged — there is nothing to refund.
- Unused card-funded balance can be refunded on request within 14 days of the top-up.
- Crypto top-ups are final and cannot be refunded.
- Trial credit is never refundable or withdrawable.
1. You only pay for successful solves
Your balance is charged only when a request returns a usable solution. Requests that fail — an unsolvable challenge, an unreachable proxy, a rejected sitekey or a temporary capacity problem — are not charged. Every charge appears in your usage history.
A solution that was returned successfully is not refundable because a target website later rejected it. Acceptance depends on factors you control, such as sending the correct proxy, user agent and page action, and submitting the token promptly. If you see a consistent pattern of rejected solutions, contact support with the task ids and we will investigate; any credit we give in that case is at our discretion.
2. Card top-ups — 14-day window
If you paid by card, you may request a refund of the unused part of a top-up within 14 days of that top-up. Balance already spent on solves is not refundable. Refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Email support@captchano.com from your account email with the date and amount of the top-up.
3. Crypto top-ups — final
Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. Crypto top-ups cannot be refunded, in whole or in part, for any reason, including unused balance, overpayment, underpayment, sending on the wrong network or to the wrong address, paying an expired invoice, or network fees. If you are not comfortable with that, top up by card instead. Where a crypto payment reaches us but does not credit your account because of a processing error on our side, contact support and we will credit the correct amount.
4. Not refundable
- Trial and other promotional credit.
- Balance spent on successful solves.
- Balance on accounts suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, to the extent permitted by law.
- Plan fees for a billing period that has already started. Cancelling a plan stops the next renewal; you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a card payment — most problems are resolved quickly by email. If you open a chargeback, we may suspend the account while the dispute is open.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer-protection law in your country.
