Terms of Service

Last updated 16 October 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CaptchaNo website, dashboard and API at captchano.com and api.captchano.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CaptchaNo provides an API that returns solutions — tokens, cookies or text — for challenges such as reCAPTCHA, Cloudflare Turnstile, DataDome and image captchas, so that automation you are authorised to run can continue. The Service is provided on our own solving infrastructure. Supported challenge types, request formats and prices are described on the API reference and pricing pages and may change over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.
  • You must give a real, reachable email address and verify it. One person or organisation may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • You are responsible for everything done with your account and API keys. Keep keys secret, revoke any key you believe is exposed, and tell us promptly at support@captchano.com about any unauthorised use.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for making sure that use is lawful and authorised. In particular, you must have the right to automate the websites and systems you send to the Service, and you must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. The Service does not give you any right to access a website, account or data that you are not otherwise entitled to access.

4. Credit, prices and billing

  • The Service runs on prepaid credit in US dollars. The minimum top-up is $10. Card and cryptocurrency payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
  • Each successful solve is charged at the price for its challenge type at the time the request is made. Requests that do not return a usable solution are not charged.
  • Credit does not expire while your account is open. It has no cash value, is not transferable between accounts, and does not earn interest. Refunds are governed solely by the Refund Policy.
  • Trial credit is a limited, promotional allowance granted at our discretion, valid for 3 days, with no cash value. We may withhold or withdraw trial credit where we detect duplicate accounts or other abuse signals.
  • Monthly plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel a plan at any time from Manage billing in your dashboard; a cancellation stops the next renewal and the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
  • A plan includes a set number of successful solves per month, on yearly billing too. Included solves reset each month and do not roll over. Once they are used, solves are charged from your prepaid balance at the standard rate for their type. If a plan payment fails, included solves are paused until it is paid.
  • Prices exclude taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or bank fees that apply to your payments.
  • We may change prices with notice on the pricing page. A price change does not affect solves already completed.

5. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may suspend the account while the dispute is open and deduct the disputed amount, and any dispute fee charged to us, from your balance.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and fast, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, that any particular challenge type will be supported at all times, or that any particular solution will be accepted by the website that issued the challenge. Acceptance depends on factors outside our control, including the proxy, browser session and user agent you use. We may perform maintenance, change features or retire challenge types.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by emailing support. We may suspend or terminate your access, revoke API keys and refuse service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, created duplicate accounts to obtain trial credit, used stolen payment methods, or exposed us or others to legal risk. Where an account is terminated for a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law. Otherwise, unused card-funded balance is handled under the Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, website, documentation, code examples and brand are owned by CaptchaNo or its licensors. You may use the code examples in our documentation in your own projects. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by our Reseller Agreement or by law.

9. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaptchaNo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify CaptchaNo against any third-party claim, loss or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and CaptchaNo about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
