Partner Terms

These Partner Terms are an agreement between you and DishIs Technologies LLC, which operates CaptchaNo ("we"), and apply when you join the CaptchaNo partner program. They supplement our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Joining

You need a CaptchaNo account with a confirmed email address. When you join you choose a referral code, which cannot be changed. We may decline, suspend or close a partner account at our discretion, including for any breach of these terms.

2. Attribution

• A visitor is attributed to you when their first visit to captchano.com arrives through a link containing your code (?ref=yourcode) and they create an account within 90 days. Attribution is first-touch: a visitor who first arrived through another source is not attributed to you.
• Accounts created before you joined, accounts you control, and accounts created from your own network or device are not eligible. We may exclude any account we reasonably believe is not a genuine, independent customer.
• Attribution relies on a first-party cookie; visitors who block cookies or clear them may not be attributed. Our records are final.

3. Commission

• You earn 20% of the net top-ups made by each eligible referred customer during the first 12 months after they create their account. Net means after refunds, chargebacks and reversals; trial and promotional credit is excluded.
• The rate and duration shown in your dashboard when you join apply to you. We may change the terms for future partners, or for you on 30 days' notice; commission already earned is not reduced.
• Commission on a top-up that is later refunded or charged back is deducted from your balance.

4. Payouts

• We pay monthly, in US dollars or the stated equivalent, once your unpaid commission reaches $50. Balances below that roll over.
• You must keep accurate payout details in your dashboard. Payment-provider fees may be deducted. You are responsible for your own taxes.
• We may withhold payment while we review suspected fraud or a breach of these terms, and we may cancel commission earned through a breach.

5. How you may promote CaptchaNo

• Describe CaptchaNo accurately and only for lawful, authorised uses — testing, research, accessibility and automation the user is permitted to run.
• Do not invent statistics, speeds, success rates, reviews or customer names, and do not make claims about how or by whom solving is performed.
• Do not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, post in places that prohibit promotion, or use misleading or incentivised schemes.
• Do not bid on "CaptchaNo" or misspellings of it in paid search, and do not register domains or social handles that include our name.
• Do not promote CaptchaNo for fraud, fake or bulk account creation, credential stuffing, ticket scalping, ban evasion or anything else our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits.
• Disclose that you may earn a commission wherever the law or the platform requires it.

6. Relationship

You are an independent party, not our employee, agent or representative, and you may not make commitments on our behalf. You may use our name and logo only to identify CaptchaNo accurately.

7. Ending

You may leave at any time by emailing us. We may end your participation at any time; if we do so without a breach on your part, we pay commission earned up to that date once it reaches the payout minimum.

8. Liability and changes

The limitations of liability in our Terms of Service apply. We may update these terms; we will change the date above and tell active partners by email about material changes.
